Sosyal Konut Tasarımlarında Esneklik Kavramı ve Bu Kavramın Proje Başarısı Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

Social housings are designed and produced mostly due to demand of a certain customer’s group or to fulfill needs of a certain mass. At this point, occupants with different properties who settle into the house are required to match to an ambient which doesn’t fit perfect to their needs. Moreover, hierarchy of needs of a certain occupant mostly changes during his/her lifecycle. This situation necessitates to care flexibility as an important parametre of design, construction and usage stages of a housing; in order to serve to a greater amount of occupants for a longer time with less adaptation costs.
